Ditch the Stitch

How to get rid of a stitch during cardio!! . . . Did you know you can get rid of an annoying stitch when you’re trying to get a decent run done!? I have an awesome trick to get rid of a stitch. I remember learning this about 20 years ago and it’s always worked for me and amazed my clients and as bizarre as it sounds, it works!! If your stich is on the right side of your abdomen, then when your right foot strikes the ground, take a deep breath in for the beat of 2-3 running strides, then breathe out when the right foot strikes for the duration of 2-3 running strides also. If the stich is on the left, do the same as the left foot strikes!! Give it a go, I hope it works for you too!
