My one and only focus as a Personal Trainer is turning my client’s goals into my client’s results by the end of the 12 weeks that we work together.

During our initial strategy call we discuss what you’re unhappy with in your current situation, your biggest challenges and your ultimate goals. From here we setup a plan to mitigate the challenges with the help you get from me in the areas of support, accountability and expertise and then to take you from your current situation that you’re unhappy with through a transformation journey together to then realising your ultimate goals. And no matter what they are, we will achieve them.

The challenge of this is what excites me most about what I do. Working with awesome blokes who deserve a break in life and who just need a mate who can do all the hard work for them in planning, organising, structuring and designing a plan that will work and will get them their exact results. And that’s what I hope to be for you.

If you want to bulk up, reduce body fat, get rid of the beer belly, get fitter so you can play with the kids, feel more attractive for the wife, feel more attractive so you can get a wife, or just be your absolute best self. Whatever your reasons and your goals, I will take you through a process that will bring about those results for you.
